I can just see them trying to cut out a portion of the Xpel, cutting the paint and bumper in the process, not removing the Xpel correctly and ripping off clear coat, trying to patch up the Xpel and you'll see the lines, paint won't match the rest of the bumper. So many things can go wrong.
