F82 color production numbers
Hi Bimmer fans,
I’ve been trying to figure out how rare the F82 in Grigio Telesto individual paint is, but can’t find anything online. I know this has been asked about a few years ago with no success, and some data for the F80 is available on this forum, but I can’t find anything on the F82. Does anyone know the numbers? |

The data used by SickFinga to produce the f80 production summary tables are no longer available from BMW. BMW did this sometime between EOP of the f80 and EOP of the f82. As far as I know, there’s no other way to access this information for the f82. Best you can do, is use the f80 summary data and scale it by the total f82 production divided by the total f80 production. This assumes the take rate of a f82 exterior paint color is identical to the take rate of f80 exterior paint color:
f82 exterior color = f80 exterior color * (total f82 produced / total f80 produced) |

Sad indeed. What I’d really like to know are the number of M4 CS cars which wound up in America because I don’t think they produced anywhere near the number they were planning to when the car first launched.
