They need to offer carbon fiber roof on F80 not just F82.

That front bumper has way too much going on
It's like they took bits of all their cars and combined them all into me bumper
Way too busy

It has to be like that. It can't be as conservative as the E90/E92 because of the chassis/shape of the car.

??? It doesn't have to be so busy at all. This front end looks shit IMHO and I hope this render isn't accurate.

Totally agree.

The F3X is a very clean and simple design- but this front end looks a little too complicated for it.

Not by much though- a little tweaking will fix it fine. Which is why I won't pass judgment until the model reveal.....

While I disagree that it looks like shit...I think everyone should keep in mind that this is a render, those small details which you don't like will likely be details that will differ these renders from the real thing in a year or two when we finally see production model. So I wouldn't worry much about the finer details in these renderings.

Looks great and a lot more aggressive and sporty then the current E90 M3. I would buy this over the E90 sedan any day.

Not a fan of black. But black on the F30 M3 looks so good!

I would say the same regarding the hood. Overall very good rendering.
It will definitely have more aggressive looks compared to new M5 & M6.
The rear bumper will most likely have the design details of the front bumper.
The front center "mouth" opening should be larger than shown in this rendering.
Will it have fog lights? I would say yes.
And I think headlights will be different shape at least on the 2 door M3.
Oh and let me mention again regarding seats and side mirrors, hope BMW is coming up with something sportier to better match the M3.

There is still more than one year 'till the final product will be revealed so I don't think that all the design details are established yet

Deeply agree, renders are awesome, and M3-coupe should be even better...

Take a look at this pic. The BMW on the right is just an F30 3-series with ///M performance goodies. It definitely looks more aggressive than the e92 M3 next to it. The lower front headlights and no longer slanted front grills make it look a lot more aggressive than the e92 M3.
that's for sure and I am so excited about the new m3...but what will be missing is the V8...I understand that the turbo inline 6 is more efficient and powerful, but the screaming V8 just gets way more to your heart...

Are they gonna put on the e9x M3 style mirrors? Haven't seen them on any of those test cars or renderings ... Hopefully they will

I'm sure there's something different, but as far as I can tell, it looks just like every other 3 series.
