Looks great. IMO, BMW probably won't make the front quite that aggressive.

Side profile renders [added 11/8/12].

Spy photo upon which renders were based:

Love it! I like that slightly fastback shape for the rear roofline/window/trunk. Very sleek look.

Don't worry guys it will be toned down 50-75% of what you see. Mainly those front fenders. They will never have those huge (Mustang like) indents like in those pictures. BMW has always stayed classy unlike these renders.

Those are details. Just ignore those fenders and the rest of the car still looks great. Since the renders were based on a spy photo the shape, lines, size etc will be accurate.

And it looks great as a M6 Jr.!

They will call it M4 but in fact this still remains an M3 2 door coupe.
It will be interesting to see when it comes out if really will be lighter than current M3.

I'm really liking the side/rear window elongated into a fastback rear window/boot. Very elegent, sexy and powerful looking. IMHO.

+1 this render looks like you need to get the hell out of the way...the one in this post, not feeling it at this point. The hood/nose area looks too...long or something.

The BMW designers should be taken outside and shot for subjecting us to this RENDER

I would never give my money to BMW for this RENDER

I would rather buy an Audi/Mercedes/Porsche/Ferrari/Lexus/Other sports car over this RENDER

Oh, the RENDER is not for sale?

Ok.

lol +1 people need to kick back and relax

now on the render, I love the new side profile... A lot! Only thing I hope doesn't appear on the actual car is the front fender. Not a fan of that at all

Totally think it has a Mustang vibe that I'm not digging on a Luxury German sports car
