Silverstone or Yas Marina Blue? (F80)
Hey guys,
If there's already a similar thread I apologize, but I'm losing my mind. I just ordered my M3 a few weeks ago in Yas Marina Blue, but one of the members just posted photos of his brand new Silverstone M3 - and damn they were great photos. So now my mind is wandering. I had a silver E46 back in the day. So, do I leave my order the way it is or go Silverstone? A little background below to help with opinions. I live in CT and options are as follows: -Black Merino Leather -Manual Transmission -Carbon Fiber Interior (and roof) -Black 19 Inch Wheels -Executive Package -Adaptive M Suspension -HK Sound -Lighting Package Again, I apologize if this thread already exists. Thank you for your insight as well! It will help me with my soon to be F80. |

Both are great colors.. really can't go wrong with either. YMB will obviously be more in-your-face but if you don't mind the attention I say go for it!

If you're going with black interior, I would say go with YMB. Two neutral color would make the car boring IMHO. I would order SSII/SO personally.

Have you seen either in person? If not, highly recommend trying to as they are both hard colors to capture in picture. Most I know who have seen ymb know instantly when they see it in person if they actually like it or not.

Just stick with your first inclination. You won't be disappointed. YMB is a very unique, beautiful, and masculine color.

No one can make that decision but you. I would probably make a thread about it if I was in the same boat as you but to hear everyone elses opinion could just make things more difficult as well..
JL M3 was correct though, the best thing you can do is to try and see both colors in person. |

Yeah go see them in person. I thought I would like YMB as an avid blue car lover but didn't like it at all. I like Silverstone on the F80 but not on the F82.
