So I just got this from my CA. Does this mean I am build week 40? Also kind of worried that I swapped LED lights for Adaptive M supension. Are heated seats standard on the F80?

Yes that means that your build week is 40. They can always request a sooner build date (as they did) but unless that "Conf Prod" line changes to 36, it will be 40.

Worried meaning, you didn't mean to drop one option for the other? Or you did and you don't know if that was a good choice? |

SROC5 No I did and don't know if it was a good choice. I read the deep dive on the chasis and seems like it could greatly affect driving dynamics. It came down to is cosmetics more important than performance on a car that already likely has a great performing standard suspension.

I really don't want to spend another dime. I know a lot of people are thinking what is another grand on a $70K car.

Do you plan on enabling Anti-Dazzle LEDs via coding? Do you plan on upgrading the suspension? The answers to these questions may help you decide which box to tick if you're debating on one or the other.

I do plan on coding the anti-dazzle.
I do not plan on upgrading suspension. My main concern is that the standard suspension is not that soft and rough on road trips. I have adaptive suspension on my f30 335i. I know its much better on the M3 but I'm not too crazy about the adaptive on my 335, the comfort setting has too much body roll and I put it in sport+ as soon as I get in the car. |

I started to see f80's on the road with LED package and thought it could drive me crazy for years. Half of the reason I'm buying this car is because of how it looks.

I thought heated was front seats only? 2016 builder says heated front seats only as standard.

I built my E92 M3 the same except it was Melbourne Red with leather. Didn't like the cloth in the E9x's. But loving the cloth material on the F8x |
