I did my front grille and side gills tonight. It took about 15 minutes. It was easier than I had expected but the side gills (OEM) were absolutely toast once off. No damage at all to the car but impossible, IMO, to save them. Removing the E92 ones was much easier.

Thanks iND... the grille and gills were great and look amazing on the car. What an improvement. I took some very crappy in-garage at 10:00PM iPhone pics.

This looks interesting, would you mind posting more/better quality pictures in daylight? Still undecided if I should install these on my to-be-delivered Austin Yellow M4. Thanks!!

I'm detailing the car tomorrow and applying CQuartz... I'll post better pictures then in the afternoon. Trust me... when you see them you will buy the new grille... WAY, WAY better.

Seriously good looking thing that is. I'm starting to think I may have not fucked up with the color, even though it indeed will not go unnoticed.

Note for IND, the Torx 27 works for the middle ones, but the outside Torx is a different number. I had to use a flat head to get them out since I didn't have the right bit. Please update.
Thanks for your tips. I finally got them in. I had to bleed my own blood, but they look great.

Here's mine, installed today. Yeah, Torx sizes are 25 & 30. You really need to mash your arm in there. Once I figured that out it the second one was easy.

Nope F30 & F32 are different grilles and part numbers.

Does this fit a f30 335i sportline?
Is the M symbol detachable?

The BMW F30 uses a different front grill, which is available through our site. As for the emblem, this is detachable, but were are currently unable to order replacements from BMW.

How is the front grill emblem attached to the grill? Glue or is there a clip?

Nope. We are using the F32 Performance grille set for the M3 & M4. The bumper covers are the same part number from BMW.

The F8X M3/M4, F10 M5, and F06/12/13 M6 front grills use a bracket that is a part of the mold on the front grill centers.

Ahh, right right - both cars get the coupe grille and headlights.

I think the point of the original comment wasn't so much coupe/sedan specific as it was "Can I order the F3X part and do it myself?" And the answer is, "Yes, but order the F32 part regardless of if you have F80 or F82."

Got my new Grilles from IND yesterday (super fast UPS Ground Shipping) and I love them! The bottom clips for me were insanely difficult to get off, but slipping the new grills on was very easy. Thanks for the quality product guys! Here are my two cars together

I dropped the torx 30 inside the engine bay on accident ....can't see it but sounds like it fell down to the bottom, unfortunately it did not fall through because of the cover on the bottom of the car, I tried driving up and down the hill to try and shake the torx out through one of the air vents but I'm not sure if it worked since I heard no rattling from the time I pulled out of the garage and up the driveway smh...
