He also drew a line between red dotted line (stock intake map2 TQ) and the green dotten line (bms intake map7 TQ) and draws the same conclusion that the intake is making roughly between 80-100WTQ. Again seem impossible.

im not arguing the gains, although i am skeptical. Just pointing out what Mike clearly stated.
Yes exactly Two lines, one for HP and one for TQ. Both showing similar ~100 wheel HP/TQ gain @ 4K

Would love to have those kind of gains (40-50) from just an intake but this goes against everything I have seen on this platform, and from my own personal car as well. I guess we need to wait for more data.

To put into perspective the gains suggested form this dyno are more then stage1 tuning gives. (stock versus map1).

I did not expect this kind of gains for sure but i cant think of any reason why a Dinan vendor would inflate Burger Tuning numbers

Burger Tuning's graphs on his own site show close to 100hp difference between Map 2 and Stock at 4k, not sure why nobody believes that this could be feasible?

Look at the graph.. Map2 to Map7 is like ~15-20 hp/tq @ 4K. You may have been looking at map0/stock and comparing to map7.

EDIT.. Looking at the Burger graph looks like map1 or map2 (can't tell them apart) is actually higher @ 4K then map7

map 2 to map 7 in the dyno i posted is around 30 whp as well.
The difference is made by testing the maps with an intake versus the maps without an intake.
I am surprised by the results (intake vs no-intake) as well but cant think of any other logical explanation for the gains

Correct, Mike@n54 tuning, the difference between map 2 to map 7 in mike@x-ph's graph shows the same thing....

Both dynos and tests car gains about 100 wtq between map 0 and map 7.

Map 2 actually makes less torque then Map 7 on burgers graph Mike@n54, not sure what you're looking at...

So these dyno's are done with the intake and a tune on the car? I would be interested in a dyno with a stock car with the intakes and an overall impression to see if the new intakes freak out the stock tune.

There is no reason the intakes should "freak out" the stock tune Should be good on stock or tuned cars.

40 HP gain with an intake? I've never seen that before in my life.

Interesting results. Seems like peak HP is not affected, but that the HP comes on much sooner, in the midrange. I'd love to see Dyno's for a stock car with no tune (or tune turned off) and no DP's, as well as with other intakes.

You say surprising, I say sketchy, and/or unbelievable.

Why would you call it sketchy?
Burger Tuning did not advertise these numbers, no Burger Tuning vendor did either.
This is a dyno from a customer car sent by a Dinan dealer.
No one is making any claims in this thread, we are just sharing the dyno numbers we received.

After Terry looked at the graphs , he said gains might be to the JB4 adapting rather than the intake.
I spoke to Southwest Bimmers, they said multiple pulls were done before recording dyno numbers, the Jb4 had more than enough time to adapt.
