Its most likely because no one has gotten them yet, everyone usually goes with black vents.

Does anyone know if the BMW lower lip will work without the carbon splitters? I can't seem to figure out if the carbon splitters are the exact same size as the pieces that they replace?

The carbon fiber splitters don't replace anything, they cover over the stock splitters with adhesive, but they look clean as you can see in my pics below. The splitters fit directly into the front lip. You can use the splitters without the lip (which would be weird) but you cannot use the lip without the splitters, unless you're ok without an ugly gap that will drive you crazy.

Thanks! That is exactly the answer I was looking for. I love the BMW lip but like the painted splitters. Yours looks awesome in black but I've got Mineral White

No problem. I guess you can paint the splitters but they come in carbon fiber and will look great on your color. If I were you I would leave the CF splitters as is and the front lip comes matte black, which looks great with white, but you can also have it painted to match but the black would give a good contrast. I painted my lip only to match my BSM color.

Now that I know the splitters cover the stock piece, I'm thinking about going this route with the subtle paint matching leading edge of the carbon splitters with the matte lower lip

I Definitely like the painted stripe. I don't think it makes sense for me since mine is black but definitely for you with a white stripe! Good choice.
