I love the Alpine White look. The red will add some visual candy to it.

White = shite

White looks terrible on this car.

White has been very popular these last few years but its at the end. It would be a mistake to order one of these in White.

All the other colours look pretty good though, especially the blues and blacks.

Silverstone II has been a standard color for the E9x M3 line since it began in 2008. My 2008 is Silverstone. Car looks good in it, but you see very few on the road.

Little surprised by the negativity on Alpine White. Color is, of course, subjective and AW was a bit overdone on the E92, but I think it looks great. I will likely get AW for the following reasons:

1) Best shows the unique features of the M4 styling versus a standard 4 series. The dark colors camoflauge some of the grill, slits etc.. I personally like the styling and don't care to hide it.
2) Creates contrast with carbon fiber roof and other black accents. This also comes into play for aftermarketing splitters and diffuser
3) Interior color has to come into play when you choose the exterior. I'm a big fan of red/orange interiors and think the white makes a good combo.
4) Easiest color to maintain
5) Best for keeping car cool in the summer
6) No incremental cost (not a big factor with a $80k car)

+3 request for San Marino Blue, I'd also love to see Moonstone but I know that's probably a hard color to simulate.

I WILL be ordering an M4 and if it has to be individual, then so be it. I'd love is in moonstone, but the hood seam kinda kills the light colors for me. I might come up with a light grey backing strip under the seam to hide the black line, or just do San Marino with marbled leather (similar to the concept 4series).

Nahhh, it's perfect.

Carbon, leather, wood and aluminum. The only way to roll.

Thanks flagger. That must be why I see very few pictures of Silverstone II E9x M3. Would you get Silverstone II again if you get a F80 or F82? My current E46 M3 is Silver Gray, it is lighter than Mineral Gray but much darker than Silverstone II. I really want Austin Yellow, but I would probably get sick of it much sooner.

Could someone please Photoshop this image to Silverstone II? I really want to see the backside of the M3 in Silverstone II. Thanks.
