As long as she attends the event... that should not be a problem. Let your CA know.

The event attendant and person taking delivery must be the same.

If I already signed up for the BMW team USA event can she show up and take my place and get the voucher in her name, or does she have to sign up also?

The USAA credit listed here is for purchases only correct?

On the USAA website here: https://usaa2.secure.zag.com/targete..._id=ZUSA200728

Under View Offers, it does not list the M series, but it does state: "A $500 incentive is available on Leases through BMW Financial Services."

My CA also said the USAA discount for a lease is $500.

Could someone confirm?

That is correct. The $1,000 USAA Incentive is for purchases. The incentive on a lease is $500.

My 12 months with BMWCCA will not come into effect until December 28th, my ED delivery is Nov 23rd however my US delivery (PCD) will probably not be until end of January or early February 2016, so based on this will I still be able to take advantage of the CCA rebate? I am thinking yes only because re-delivery is when the car will actually be registered in the US, at least that is my hope....

And you will need to renew your membership for another year as well. I bought a 2 year membership last spring b/c I knew I was going to do ED in September this year. Spend $100 to net $400

Yep, if can get the rebate I will surely have to renew for sure, otherwise not so sure I would renew.

Terms & Conditions

A membership of one year or more immediately preceding the delivery date
of the vehicle is required to take advantage of this program. A member in good
standing cannot have any lapse in membership during that 12-month period.

Vehicles must be purchased/leased via an authorized US BMW center.
Sales documents and vehicle title must be in the CCA member’s name.
The BMW CCA Allowance is non-transferable and is offered to CCA members
and CCA associate members only.
If a CCA member co-signs for a vehicle with a non-CCA member, both must
reside in the same household and all documents must contain the CCA
member’s name and signature. However, only one submission will be honored.
This program is not available in conjunction with other special purchase
programs offered by BMW NA or BMW centers. (including but not limited to
the USAA rebate offer)
BMW allows one reward per calendar year (1/1 through 12/31) per member.
BMW CCA Member is eligible to receive one reward, per member, per VIN.
BMW CCA Member who purchases their off-lease vehicle via the CPO
Program is not eligible for payment for same VIN as a CPO vehicle.
BMW CCA Member must be in possession of the vehicle at time of application
and must remain in possession of the vehicle until the application is fully
processed or for a minimum of six months, whichever comes first.
US Delivery. BMW CCA Membership Reward Application for US delivery
must be completed in its entirety and postmarked within 60 days of US vehicle
delivery date.
European Delivery. BMW CCA Membership Reward Application for European
Delivery must be completed in its entirety and postmarked within 60 days of
Munich European Delivery pick up date.

I pulled this from the rebate application. You can DL a copy from here.

If "delivery date" is held to its strictest definition then you would not qualify since you will have taken delivery in November before your 1 year mark. It does not speak to "re-delivery" from ED. My opinion based on this interpretation is you will not qualify. But why don't you call BMW CCA and just ask. No harm in doing that.

Many thanks for the information. I did not know there was a discount such as this and my company qualifies. My incoming M3 is now $1500 cheaper. Another reason this forum is great.
Seen you were successful in this. Is this applicable on 2016. Looked on website and only showed 2015.

The only test is were you a member as of 10/30/14 with no lapses in membership, if not you're SOL. Same goes for the ED question above, delivery occurs when you pick it up at Welt.

Nope - you need to provide them ED delivery paperwork which clearly states the date. Needs to be 12 months at the time of Delivery. ED is your delivery (walk through, presentation, etc), PCD is your redelivery (here is your key, bye)

That's what I'm hoping for in October!

I have a $1,500 fleet incentive now. Another $1,000 on top of that will be nice.

It's always nice to stack up additional incentives. In the grand scheme of things an extra incentive will do little to change the dynamics of your deal. Presumably you got a good deal so it should matter even less.
