HELP: How to remove m performance titanium tips

I'm trying to install my carbon fiber tips but I'm stuck on how to remove these titanium tips on the exhaust. I can't loosen anything underneath the exhaust tips. See picture for what I'm looking at. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's the allen screw at the bottom

Tried it. It's stripped

Gotta drill it out

Best to take it to a shop to do it if you aren't comfortable doing it

Damn that one looks mangled.

If there is enough screw left (looks like there is) cut a slat in it and use a flat head to back it out.
