TPMS Blinking Malfunctioning After New Sensor Installed

Has anyone experienced this before and any suggestions?

Recently got a blinking TPMS on my 2015 f80 m3 and took it to the tire shop, they said one sensor was faulty and replaced it (paid $100) and they programmed it showing they all have batt and working, but the center console keeps giving me the TPMS malfunctioning and I reset it many times but still...doens't give me that % complete while driving.

This week I went and ordered all brand new 4 TPMS from TPMS,com and in the past, I had great experience where once you install them drive for 15-20 mins and it reads the PSI, but right after install it's doing the same thing. At this point I am thinking it might me the RDC TMPS module that is faulty???

Anyone know where I can locate that module and if it's easy to replace?

Or any suggestions would be great to pin point this issue?

Buy OEM sensors. 90% sure it’s the sensors or it could be just one. You can get used sensors for less than $100

If one sensor is bad, it won’t start the reset.
