What you afraid of OP? Its a year old with suspension, just have the dealer verify the warranty is still good (not flagged) and call it a day.

Not rare to find with 2200 miles. Some just have other cars to drive and one can sit in the garage most of the time. Yea, argument is why buy something to sit and collect dust, why not? Many different reasons but not odd or strange.

Why I say this, well..im one of them. 1 year and only 2800 miles. Mileage is less of concern to me, I would not personally not buy a car with engine mods.

For any modified car I was considering, I would show the details to my mechanic and ask if he has any concern working on it as is. If every little thing is going to turn into, "well, we need to remove this mod and go back to stock" or "I have to understand this better and that will take some more shop hours" then I'd pass on either the car or the mechanic. Since I really trust the guys that work on my cars, I'd pass on the car. But if he is comfortable with it, why not?

My bad no offense, lmk if you are, just wrote it without thinkin...idk usa media just uses the phrase and it comes out sometimes when im mad about certain things. I would not spend that kind of money,, on a modded car, The guys at the BMW factory obviously know what you're doing if you're not going to track the car or do anything other than street driving I would get a virgin car...
