When I had my 02 sensor done after I took delivery they drove my car for around 40 miles. Maybe they need to do an extensive drive to make sure its fixed? In comparison when I did my break in inspection they didn't put any miles on it.

I just took my car in for an oil change on Saturday. When I get it back, there is a pretty bad scratch in the leather on the steering wheel. So I call my SA and let her know. She calls me today and says there is a brand new steering wheel on its way to replace the scratched up one.
Not all dealership are nightmares it seems. |

Recently i sold Porsche Cayman which i serviced in an official porsche dealership here in my town. long story short, they scratched the trunk door and made a bump on it. I was lucky to have a pictures made just before giving them the car - the fixed the damage charge free. Recently i bought F82 and now i wonder what kind of adventures await with the local bmw dealership. soon i will install mperformance parts there and i really would like to avoid unnecessary "test drives".
