Memory reset? all presets gone

Has this happened to anyone? Got in the car this morning and everything was gone, used the same key as always, none of my button presets where there, radio presets all gone, and even my phone wasn't connected with Bluetooth! I have never had this happen on a BMW before.

Is it with the key or something with the car's software?

That happens when you code HU_NBT also, next time save your profile on a USB memory stick. Sorry you lost your settings!

Recently had service with a software update. That erased all my presets. Only similar event I have experienced.

This has happened to me twice in the past. Weird though, it would go back to my presets within a few days.
