Ditto here. Circle was the best with pricing and customer service.

I want to get a feedback from the folks who have been referred to Edison BMW in this thread, and see if their experience was better than my encounters.

My encounter was good at Edison. The finance manager was fantastic, did not push anything for me to buy. Couple of things I did not like, the wait was long granted it was a Saturday and it was a mad house. My numbers were off compared to theirs, but I might have missed the taxes on the incentives and rebates. They added the vin etching without telling me. My CA was ridiculously slow in getting back to me with any kind of info or pics throughout the whole process.

that is surprising for Circle as I can never get a deal from them. I have been using Openroad BMW Edison for almost 30 years now with zero issues.

I almost got my car from circle but got as slightly better deal in PA. Most ppl lease or finance. That last 100 bucks is a big deal man!

Being a dealer myself, I HATE the customer who asks for the 'best price', the one who has every intention to drive place to place searching for that last 100 bucks wasting everybody's time. Just let the sales guy know you are willing to make a deal, get your credit card out, show him you are serious, and they will do the right thing.
What was your residual value?
I assume you leased w/ those numbers. mid 7's w/ tax rolled in?

The 2018 M4s have been out for a few weeks and already selling near invoice before incentives (especially the unsold ones on the lot). I was offered a ridiculous deal on a 2018 M4 ZCP and an even more absurd offer on my trade if I took the car on the lot that was delivered to the dealer the week prior. It was hard to turn it down, but it was a DCT and I was specifically looking for a 6MT. Get in now if you're serious about getting one... I'm guessing these cars aren't moving fast enough this month. May is almost over!!!!

I'm looking for manual transmission convertible. Can't find any near me (northern NJ). So thinking of custom ordering one.

Any idea if dealers will do invoice for custom orders? I was also thinking of sending out a feeler on the sponsor dealership post and select the performance center delivery as that will allow me to search out dealers nationwide. Thoughts? Thanks.

I found that most dealerships offering "invoice" on a custom order will make it up on the back end somehow (fees, interest, etc). .

I'm near invoice on my F82 custom order. Then subtract fleet discount and ultimate summer event discount and I'm waaayy under invoice. My CA from BMW of Freehold is the best, and I've found that they always give the best deals. NJ is actually one of the better markets for new BMWs because there are so many dealerships around here.

I just ordered my car. I got baited and switched with Eugene at open road. He quoted me 1500 over ed invoice with no doc fee. When I went to pull the trigger he apologied and gave me a long song and dance about how he couldn't get the deal approved and needed me to pay 3.5k more. I ended up going with a high volumn forum member. Unfortunately, as he is not local I needed to do ed plus pdc. But the last part saves me about 2.7 k. Well worth it. And the whole deal took 10 mins over text. Process was so easy.

I am in no way affiliated with the dealer, and am just providing the information to help fellow members. I know the process of looking for a dealer, is a long and painful one. Took me about 2 months to place my order for the car and than another 3 months to wait for it (came close to dying, but all good now). So just want to share my information with others that are currently seeking.

If anyone is looking for a good deal, PM me and I will be happy to provide the information for the dealer. I have his personal Cell Number and that is the only reason I do not want to post it up here. The dealership is Open Road in Edison, NJ.

I did provide the dealer info to a lot of members in the past, and I believe a lot of them did end up purchasing their cars from the same guy. So makes me think, he gave good deals to other people as well.

Good Luck to all that are seeking, this is the most exciting time, in purchasing the car!!!

Thanks for trying to hook me up with Eugene. I thought I was going to sign with him. For whatever reason he couldn't deliver.
