Had a M4 GTS recently for some R&D and was able to take a peek at some coding options during downtime, here's one that everyone should like and only take a few minutes.

Coding will replace the M3/M4 logo with the GTS logo upon startup:

KOMBI Module
KOMBI ->BMW_Logo - wert = 0C

For those local to our facility, we can include this in our standard coding packages.

Enjoy.

Soon, now that we have a basis for verification - we're testing on a couple of local M4s now.

Any idea what version of FW is needed to code any of this GTS stuff? As in I'm assuming this option isn't there on 2015 models that have never had modules updated.

No updating needed for this.

Picture is from our MY15 M4, KOMBI has never been updated since delivery.

Guys where in the KOMBI do you see BMW LOGO I see nothing on my side???

I got it but it doesn't say GTS it just says BMW ��

I guess my KOMBI module needs to be updated pics soon

Not mine... when I changed werte I got the BMW SYMBOL only like the first pic...my car is one of the first M4 builds 😩

Connect E-Sys to car following the steps given above.
Select expert mode on the left pane and click on VCM button.
On the right bottom box, select “Master” tab.
In I-Steps box, click on “Read” button.
Integration Steps boxes above will be populated with the data. Note down the I-Step (current).
