2016+ iDRIVE 5 TO 6 question

Hello Guys,

I have a 16 M4, and I think I have the latest software update ending in
MB-001-052.0024, how do I get the Fancy new look?

Do I have to code this or update/upgrade?

1st M car, so some help would be appreciated.

This is what needs coded

HU_NBT2 Module:

3000 -> HMI_ID_VERSION set to: id6_light

actually, this didn't WORK, i tried it even with BIMMERCODE. and nothing. any ideas.

Well first do you have iDrive 5 or still iDrive 4? When was your vehicle produced?

Search for iDrive 5... in a nutshell, your 2016 hardware does not support iDrive 5, and that latest software update has nothing to do with iDrive 5.
