Dealer/S.A. in South Florida

Hey everyone,

My apologies if these types of posts are shunned -- I saw others though so figured I'd ask.

Anyone have dealer/sales associate recommendations in South Florida?

Thanks in advance!

No, South Florida dealers are terrible. Consider shopping around the state / out of state.

I've tried dealing with SoFL dealers for an M3 to no avail. Some of the SAs are nice people/approachable, but the crazy 799 or even 899 doc fee is omnipresent and the pricing they offer is horrible.

Then you have the worst of the worst. Braman Miami. Service is great, I'll give them that. But try to buy a car and they'll be condescending d-bags. Forget the fact that they offer no discounts, before you even get to that point they will probably refuse to give you a test drive (happened to me when I was trying to switch from M4 6MT non-zcp to M3 DCT w ZCP).

Your best bet is probably Vista Motors in Pompano Beach. Sal the manager is a straight shooter. I've negotiated a car with him over the phone (a non-m that I got for a reasonable
price). The rest of the people in the dealership are also nice.

I agree, it's hard to find good a good Dealership Experience, period.

DM me for what you're looking for.

M3 allocations are extremely thin and have not heard when or if there will be another build run prior to production stop until mid 2019.

I just picked up an M4 in south Florida but agree about the dealers. I went with a smaller boutique type shop that had an M4, much less hassle and car was picked out with quality

I just take whomever is available. Really no difference in my opinion.

Braman is very good for service in my experience.

I got my current car from BMW Melbourne. It was a good deal because it was ordered by someone else who didn't take it and it was sitting on their showroom floor for a few months. My lease is up and I asked for pricing on a new order. Took a look time and pricing was bad. So it depends on the circumstance, I guess.

I have also tried Germain in Naples. Might as well go to Braman.

I went out of state for the car I recently ordered.

I had a positive experience from Fields in Orlando but I didn't buy from them. They took me seriously from the jump, were very prompt to respond (I'm in So FL so most of the business was done via text/email), and respected my time. I felt they were upfront and honest, even when we didn't see eye to eye.

Ultimately I went with another dealership who met my terms with a lot less dithering, but I would have been comfortable doing the deal with Fields.

This would be my first M car and have no experience w/ BMW dealerships in general. Fields Orlando didn't seem attentive or knowledgeable. Seem like negotiations would have been wham/bam and no room for wiggle but thats just from my perception. Fields Winter Park did seem more knowledgeable but they have so many customers didnt look like they would be in a position to want to negotiate with so many customers being there already.

That much is true, and why I didn't go with them. Everything was good but they didn't give me the price I wanted. Oh well

Shopped around for a decent pricing for a MY2019 M4 (ordered from the factory) in South Florida and it seems quite a few dealers here just quote you the MSRP and no rebates whatsoever. I appreciate it is a new model year, but is there really no rebates at all? Even with ED? The 799 document fee is also a very nice touch...

Appreciate it if someone can point me to a trustworthy deales/SA, thanks!

I got my new F80 at Coggin in Fort Pierce. It was a very easy transaction, and I got a GREAT deal. PM me if anyone wants my SA's number.

What cane said. I'm friends with the sales manager at Coggin. If anyone needs a hookup there just let me know. I have purchased several cars at Coggin and have sent them a few friends too

Do not go to South Motors. They got some interesting ones there and they are over priced.

South Motors is indeed the best. I actually think that the sales staff there have a running contest going on to see who can tell the most outrageous lies to customers.

While shopping for my M4 the standard line is I only have hundreds to play with on the price not thousands. Start shopping two month before you are ready to pull the trigger. Wait until the end of the month and watch the sales guys all fight for your business.
