weird squealing noise...or just another rock in heat shield thread

Hello all, I got this very odd squealing noise happening around 5-30 MPH. It is very loud and believe I've had over a million rocks in my heat shield and have had so many odd noises associated with it. This sounds a tad more severe. Sorry for shitty quality but you guys will hear it in the video. Thoughts?

Sounds like yet another rock stuck... bend your shields back, if you haven't already done so. This is literally the end all be all fixes.

lol thanks for responding, alas it was a rock

I forgot the key is to use a screwdriver to push the shields back, your hands simply wont do enough
