Targa hosts some great events.
I have attended around 8 of them the past few years.
Always good times. Bring yourself a radar detector if you have 1

lol so if i dont have one i just have to pay attention as to when everyone slows down right?

If you don't have one make sure you're using Waze and that will help but I run both. Also, make sure you're not with the first "group" instead leave after 10-15 cars have been released. I've been in several situations where I was the first car after they shut down the freeways/streets to get a group to pull over.
One last bit of advice is make sure your navigator can figure stuff out because they have to guide you based on instructions that are not always simple to follow.

i think im screwed lol. my wife is horrible at giving directions.

yea ty ty i was freaking out a little bit since it was so close to the date, and with the fire spreading from la to sd, was a little worried and actually still am, that it might be cancelled. i know it says rain or shine we'll ride, but flames and shit.... idk
