Help...No M3/4 leases for under $1000/mo?

I have a 2015 M4 and the lease is terminating January 1st. I have emailed thirty dealerships regarding m4s of every price, and they all send me lease payments of $1100 and up with zero down. I need a 2018 M4 comp pack lease of any length with zero down and an $8** payment a month. Why is this so difficult? Would it help if I ordered one? I see deals all over the forums with the incentives, but I can’t seem to find a dealership will big to work with me. Any suggestions on a dealership or tactic, or is this payment rate on an M4? My current is $995/mo on a 30 month lease and $79k car. Thanks guys!

You either missed out, or you need to expand your dealer search range. Loaded 2018 M3s with Executive and Competition packages were leasing for around $850 (12k/36 months) around Thanksgiving. Incentives were Holiday, Lease Loyalty, and Black Friday bonus + an average of $5,000 dealer discount. 60% residual and .000152 MF. This was the promotion for at least two SoCal dealers in November.

Man, that sounds awesome. I am ready to buy, but no one seems to want to lower their prices. They act like $850 would get me into a used Hyundai Sonata. Any dealer suggestions or tips?

Oh yeah. I don’t care what the lease terms are, 30/36/39 and I only drive 5k miles a year.

Residuals on the M4 are 4% lower that the M3 for 10,12,15K, plus, the holiday discounts are also lower for the M4, hence the higher payment. I just had 3 different dealerships come 11K+ off (including incentives) for 2 in lot cars and one custom order on an M3, resulting in a 750+tax/month payment. so with the current incentives/Residual/MF you can expect to pay between 1000-1100 with tax a month for an M4.

Wow. Is there that much of a difference? It might be time to consider an m3?

There are still REALLY great deals to be had, but if nobody is playing ball, expand your search, because it could literally save you thousands.

My deal was considered pretty good, but then came the Holiday Credits, Residual changes in addition to what I had, but I took delivery on an ordered car the month before.

If you're ready take advantage NOW.

We have the same taste in color (and payment--actually I'm lower )

BTW, when are you going to purchase my Contis (with a reasonable offer)?!?!?!
I'm having them unmounted as we speak

Thought my offer was reasonable enough?

Forgot to mention $850/month includes Contra Costa County tax, which is 9.25%

Thank you guys for all of the information. I have a couple of dealers that contacted me through the forum. I’ll continue to look around. Oh yeah...what about my M4? It only has 18,000 miles and it’s supposed to have 30,000 miles. Any way to get a better deal by turning in a car with lower miles? Thanks again.

Not really, BMWFS will give you back some $ for a low mileage lease turn in, but that's about it.

Does anyone know how much they pay back for low mileage turn in? It has 18000 miles and it should have 26,666. Some dealers are getting closer. I’m under $1k a month with zero down. Dealer did set the MF to 0.0192, which I think equates to around an additional $1680 made from the lease. Also, does anyone know what the MGruppe fleet discount is, and can it be combined with the USAA fleet?? Thanks guys!

Be careful with some of that, I had 6 different people / dealers contact me as well and not a single one was able to come through. Wasted two weeks of my time

Ended up finding a better deal locally and they were actually able to get an allocation.

Go for Euro Delivery OP. 5% discount on top of everything else. I would NEVER buy a car off the lot.

As others stated expand the search beyond your immediate vicinity.

Not necessarily with the holiday credit extended 90 days into next year. With euro delivery you do not get the same incentives and negotiating 4-6% off MSRP ends up being better than euro delivery. I went through both scenarios with my dealer and due to incentives it made more sense not to do euro delivery.

ED now only makes sense for non-M cars. My dealer would let go 3/4 series for $500 ofer ED invoice.

For 2018 M3, my dealer would not go lower than $2k off of ED MSRP
With Holiday, Fleet, Loyalty that same car with US delivery is $4k cheaper.

BTW, don't wait for next year, Fed just raise interest rate it'll trickle down to MF soon
