YMB Owners and Stares?

I feel bad that the YMB owners got left out of the thread (and because I have a similar question about YMB) so I thought I'd create one with the same question...

Per previous... Folks, can you tell me about your experience with owning a YMB M4 or M3? Do you get lots of attention? Positive or negative? Do you get stares at stops or gas stations?

Lots of attention. All positive so far... except from my finacee, she hated the color at first but it's grown on her. Helped to chrome delete and add black HREs and exhaust tips.

One time when I was pulling into a parking lot, some younger lady pulled up next to me and asked if she could take pics. Apparently her boyfriend wanted a BMW, but she hated all BMWs in general.. except for mine, mainly due to the color, and she wanted to show her boyfriend what car he should get.

I get a pretty good amount of attention, always positive. I did catch a guy behind me in bumper to bumper traffic once taking a picture of my car, which was a bit frightening

I had a LSB M3 before my SO M4, so I can comment on a bright blue. It gets quite a bit of attention, and I would say "better" attention than the SO. A lot of folks just like the cuteness factor (i.e. chicks dig it), a lot of others always ask if it's a stock color or if I painted it myself.

YMB w/ Sakhir orange with a week 5 production date here and I can't wait. I KNOW it'll be awesome. Love YMB. It's a dynamic color in person that is hard to photograph. I'd argue the same for Sakhir orange. Once I saw each in person, I knew I had to have it! Should have it sometime around the end of March, 2016! Go bold or go home.

Lots of attention. Lots of head nods, acknowledgements and thumbs up. Lots of women who say, "Wow! That's such a beautiful color on that car. I've never seen anything like it."

.....Lots of phone numbers left on my windshield or driver's side window too, and I didn't even have to flex the quads or flash my gorgeous smile.

LOL! There's an SO M4 that rolls around my city, and damn does it look brilliant on a sunny day. You'll get your fair share of windshield phone numbers too.

True, they aren't always hot (..most were at least average-to-cute), but never any dudes.

6 weeks in, 800 miles and lots and lots of attention in my YMB M4. guys want to talk about it and look under the bonnet, girls just say 'nice car' as they walk past (normally in garages). Kids just want you to rev it in Sports+ mode!!

YMB is awesome. Sooooooooo glad I didn't go MG or SS which were the other 2 options. It was my wife who said to me 'if youre going to get an M4, get one that everyone knows is an M4 and not a normal 4'. Clever girl!!

My Kids love it more.... I have to do all the school disco pick ups now and it has even got my 10 year old daughter a boyfriend, mainly because he had a lift home in it.....

YMB, the colour that keeps on giving.

(didn't mention, it needs significantly less cleaning than my black RS4, Black Range Rover, Silver CLS, Silver X5, Grey 997 etc have...), I have OCD and even I can last a week in the British rain and puddles...!

Lots of attention with YMB, all positive. Stopped for gas on the drive home from the performance center, two guys posed and took pics with the car. Every time I fill up, someone gives a positive comment on the color. If I'm driving with my windows down in heavy traffic, people always saying nice color or giving me the thumbs up. I can't walk away from the car without turning back to admire it. YMB is awesome.

I really should have waited to ask this question until I got closer to the fall when I'm getting mine. It's going to be a painful 9 months.

As stated all above, lots of positive attention. I've never driven a car where people look at your car like it's an exotic. Lots of compliments from older people telling me they love the color.

Looks I get when I go to class are interesting as well, lol. I sometimes just go in my garage and look at her.

I've had my YMB for 8 months. Always positive stares and those who approach me would always comment on how nice the color is. I always have second doubts on color but after 8 months I still enjoy the car and the color every day!

I have had my for about a year now and I still get lots of thumbs up, people taking pictures and comments. The other day I was at a stop light and took off pretty quick and some kids in a civic were filming me with a GoPro . Didn't know they were until I went past them. I guess they were waiting to see if I took off or not. I'm glad I didn't disappoint although I rarely take off slowly.
People really like this color and it makes all the CF and black parts pop like crazy
