Yeah, right? No idea why BMW doesn't give us Alcantara in normal M cars.

The M texture cloth/Alcantara seats need to come back to save us all.

That would be cool in the CS
The GTS also has a bespoke tool kit which includes a spanner wrench for the coilovers. Comes in a lined hard case. Though I had a picture of it, but I can't find it.

Although, historically at BMW, CS was used to designate Coupé Sport, or as is in CSL for Coupé Sport Lightweight. But that can change, BMW is not known for holding onto stuff .
I already have an M3 CS - "Civic Sport":

That's what I'm talking about. Those "features" are not something I want in a daily.

Where is any word about an M4 CS ???

Everybody going crazy and discussing about CS and it says GTS clearly... LMAO

I know there will be no new GTS, maybe they use it to Show some Performance parts.

You need to keep more updated about what's going on... It's definitely the M4 CS... http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1353687

Not sure how folks have concluded M4 CS but I actually think its more likely to be the new M5

I cant see BMW marketing the M4 CS as a "New" car when in reality it would be more an enhancement of the existing car.

Again : no word or proof about the new CS having its debut in Shanghai, the only words i can read there is M4 GTS

Or am I wrong ?
You are wrong. Look at all the full story. Look at the lip, look at the wheels, look at the rear deck spoiler. Everything points at a CS. I wouldn't get hung up on the reference to the GTS in this "hack" teaser unless you can translate chinese .

End of the debate--direct translation of that sentence: Another mysterious and heart pounding M car besides the M4 GTS.
M4 CS it is.

CCB would be the biggest deterrent from me getting a CS. They suck for regular track use (too costly to run). I sure hope they are not standard .

It is definitely not the new M5 since we know that will not begin production until very late 2017. Also, and perhaps more damning, there is the fact that the headlights in the picture (as seen in the OP) are F32/F82 LCI headlights, not G30 headlights.

I don't see how the two conflict. It's a new enhancement of an existing car - perfectly reasonable. The GTS was also an enhancement of an existing car, and they certainly did not market it as "The all not-so-new BMW M4 GTS!".

Pretty much confirmed:
GTS vented hood
New front lip (GTS inspired but without the extension)
New ducktail rear deck spoiler
763M M-Performance wheels (other options offered?)
OLED tail lights

Rumored based on ETK:
GTS interior door trims and center console

Still kept under tight secrecy:
Engine output (water injection?)
Suspension changes/tune (M-Performance HAS?)
Brakes (CCB standard?)

Yes, especially since Shanghai is 12 hours ahead of the east coast.

They do need to do a "special" model for the M3. Those fat rear flares need some loving too. You can't leave the iconic M3 out in the cold when it comes to special high performance models, and just let it sit with a Comp package.
They need to give it the sedan equivalent of the supposed M4 CS.
