That's cute..
I am wondering if it is sitting at his dealer showroom right now with a huge markup or discount.

On a better note my diff arrived this week and I got my break in service today. Service guy asked if I wanted to replace the diff now or wait a few weeks. I said I'll wait... Target was having a sale on smart water for 2.50 a case. Did you know our trunks hold 24 500ml six packs?

Rear differential recall
Has anyone received any recall notices in the mail for their F8x? I brought my car in yesterday for a stalling problem and also a clunk in the DCT. My service advisor told me that there was a recall on the rear diff and I should've received a notice in the mail (which I did not). Just wondering if anyone has heard the same.
I have a 2016 F82 with ~2500 miles. PS-This 430 loaner is killing me. I miss my M |

Just brought my car in for 1200 mile break-in and was told the same. Part on order but still driving around until it comes in. They say it's not the whole diff they're replacing, just a part... I have a 2016 m3.

Finally picked up my beast from the port on Friday after 7 months of waiting w/ 7 miles on the odometer. Now, it's Monday and I'm w/ 600 miles! I thought there would at least be some type of incentive apology for being delayed twice on behalf of BMW, but I was more excited with finally picking her up! Will be scheduling Xpel, window tint and break in service within the week.
I've heard that there was a better xpel alternative on the market now, anyone else? |
