Feeler :: Lease Takeover :: '15 M3 SS/SO $782/mo
I'm considering getting out of my M3 to free up some cash for an upcoming wedding and home build. I am not desperate at all but thought I'd pass along a short term favorable lease to anyone interested. 2015 M3 DCT 19,000 miles (DD so will go up) Silverstone metallic exterior Sakhir Orange FULL leather interior Executive package Adaptive suspension 19" 437m black wheels Power rear sunshade Side/top view cameras Harman Kardon speakers MSRP $77,525 The car is completely stock except for window tint, wheels spacers, black grills/emblems. 3 yr/36k mile lease ending 5/30/18. $782/mo includes local sales tax @ 8%. $5,600 MSD's were put down. With that being said, I want to get all of that upfront from new owner. Those of you not familiar, you will receive all of that $5,600 back at the end of the lease. The car does get driven daily so there is some sign of wear/tear. I do wash it regularly and try my best to keep it clean though. The car is located in 44136, Ohio. I can send pics via email/text to anyone. Please leave a note or PM me to discuss further. Thanks! |

Elaborate on "wear and tear"? Front plate drilled or taped? Any side shots?
How easy is a lease transfer to facilitate? I'm in Texas. |

The front plate was drilled in. If you're really interested shoot me a PM and I can send additional pics. The transfer process is VERY simple (assuming BMWFS approves your application). As long as both parties submit the paperwork quickly the entire process can be done in less than 2 weeks. |

I would write a contact up in the current condition vehicle is in and take pics and disclose any damages prior to lease-takeover the transferee should be responsible at the end of the lease term.
