You didn't change out the low pressure fuel pump? I thought that was widely regarded as the first major fueling choke point?

If you want to run 93 you can still do that using jb4 right or is that changed?

I havnt figured out a way around this yet.. With 93 in the tank i drive stock right now.. With the jb4 on port injection sprays on all maps. It dumps a shit load of 93 into the car lol..so its either 93 stock or e85 only with the jb4 from what ive observed.

For 93 you'd want to lower the fuel bias settings down to say 0 or 10. As more of you install and run the kit BMS can differentiate which maps PI flows on and which maps it doesn't. Maybe map1 should never have PI flow for example regardless of settings.

Yea i figured out to 0 the settings to turn the port off. When its on it sprays on all maps. Jb4 mobile saves configs now so its easier to switch back and forth between port on and off.

Jesus, insanely impressive on the entirely stock powertrain! Looks like BMS + Fuel-it & E85 is the combo to beat!

Hi there ~

Can you post some any updates?

Really curious to find out, your latest set up.

JB4 + BMS intake + Downpipe + 100 E85 blend = OVER 550 WHP at the wheel

seems incredible.

Also what do you mean by " Car breaking up at top " did you mean

misfire? Malfunction code?

I know this thread is a bit old ~ but hoping you still might have the car ~

The gentleman that created this thread no longer has this kit on his car, I purchased his kit and currently am testing things out.

I just got my car back from having fuel injector issues, and am trying to fix little kinks. Currently my mods are:

VRSF Catless Downpipes
Active Autowerke Midpipes
Remus Axleback
MaximumPSI CAI
MaximumPSI Charge pipes
JB4 port controller
bootmod3 back end flash
GTS EPS, differential, MDM coded
NGK 97506 spark plugs gapped to 0.018
Fuel-It! platinum port injection kit

I did one pull, 100% throttle with MDM on (GTS Euro MDM) in 3rd gear with the tyres not too warm, and the car had microstutters while going up to redline. I'm not sure what was going on since MDM keeps the traction control light on, I wasn't sure if it was traction issues or issues related to the PI kit.. but I'll try another pull tomorrow night with traction control completely off (scary stuff!) and see how it acts. Didn't have enough room left on the highway to do another run, or a run in a different gear.

I'm currently running a full tank of E85, with an actual ethanol reading of E83~E84 according to the app by Fuel-It.. which is goddamned impressive. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the car jitteringly putting down power, but I'll have my answer tomorrow. If anything, I'll be heading off to MaximumPSI/ACM to get this on a dyno and figure things out from there. It's a long tedious process, but worth it IMO.

In terms of actual power being put down.. I'm not sure how much mine is putting down, but I'm sure it's north of 550whp. My car with a stage 2 93 octane bootmod3 tune made 500whp~, the car currently feels a lot faster than it did before.

If anything, I'll create another thread with my experience with this port injection kit, rather than bumping this old thread.
