Are the headrests adjustable?

I'm 5'8" and found the F30 3-Series seats to be too tall and that the headrests were too high when I drove one as a loaner. The E92 and E90 Sport seats were perfect imo.

Looking at the seats for the M3/4, now that it's a one piece, I'm curious if the headrest will be adjustable at all. I usually like to have the headrest poke forward a bit and from the stock pictures it seems to do that already but not sure if it'll be enough.

I have yet to encounter/experience a one-piece seat with an adjustable headrest.

They will not be adjustable. When I sat in them, I looked for buttons to adjust them and there was nothing there. I'm 5'7" and felt that the headrest height was perfect.
