Greetings from the land of ice & snow. We're planning on going to the Phoenix Indycar race in April having never been to that track before, hoping that folks on this forum might provide some insight regarding best seats and anything else of interest. I was just now on their site to order tickets and the 'Allison' grandstand, section 1-A row 19 appears to be at the very end of that grandstand closest to start/finish, and high enough to actually see the cars. Are they high enough to see the back-straight? Have I read their map correctly? Are those pretty good seats? Better seats? Any other input (traffic, parking, food etc)? Also renting an SUV to go to the Grand Canyon during the week prior to the race, any suggestions on that would be most welcome. Naturally, I'd be delighted to provide the same info regarding Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Pocono, Toronto, Brickyard and, of course, NYC. Also Monza, but I've only been there once (2017).
