Loving the comments. Should make any potential buyer real comfortable.

I wonder if this is the same car that was at South Coast Acura, listed for $100k. I went by there yesterday to see it and it was not there and the sales guy said it was gone to auction.

Wow, 800 mile example didn't even hit $86k... it's not even that hard to hit $86k on a regular M4

When was this? If you search the vin, the car is now at Radical Auto in Burbank for $98k. I would bet they picked it up at auction, thinking it was an easy flip...now resorting to BaT. It would be interesting to know dealer auction prices on these.

This Auction Closed March 7th or 8th. Didn't hit the reserve price which was probably 98K.

Can I ask why you're happy to have gotten rid of it? I'm currently on the hunt for one.

Thanks for the obnoxious response. I would prefer a AMG GT-R as well. I hope you know him, because you were bold enough to answer for him. The purchase of an AMG GT-R is not necessarily the reason he's happy to have been rid of the GTS. Let's let him answer for himself.

Dude, you take your Prozac today? Response seemed kind of obvious based on the remedial question.

Ha ha. I guess I'm just getting sick of all the "this one is way better than that one threads/posts out there". As a potential buyer of a GTS, I still would like to know why he was glad to get rid of it.

I loved my GTS, it was honestly a fun car to drive around in, sadly never got to take it to the track like I planned.

My only complaints were how awful the ride was, which I understand its not technically a street car, but for daily driving for a few weeks, even weekend car, was tough to drive around in. My other complaint was that I wasn't the biggest fan of the S55 even with the full Titanium MPE, better than stock or ZCP cars but too raspy.

Only reason I regret buying that car was that I lost around 40k on it. Luckily bought it for sticker at the top of the market, when these first came to the states, but I still ended up selling it for 98k.

Very happy that I ended up the AMG GTR, it is definetly worth the price, and I got hooked up for under MSRP

Thank you sir and congratulations on the GTR. Very, very nice. You'll need to take that to the track.

Probably very off topic here but my friend has an SLS that I have driven on the street and in anger a few times. Have you driven an SLS and if so how would you compare the GTR to the SLS.

I actually own an SLS as well, it's a 2015 Final Edition Roadster.

Truly they are different cars, the GTR is much more built for crushing lap times and the SLS is more for cruising a nice canyon on the weekend, I would say the SLS is harder to drive than a normal AMG GT but it is much more fun, and sounds a whole lot better than the stock GT I almost bought.

I would compare the GTR to the SLS and a 911 GT3 to a 911 Turbo Cab

Yeah he also had a viper at some point and the SLS to me was like a refined Viper, traction and build quality.

He almost bought a GTR but his son and I talked him out of it because of how non complaint that car is on the street. He is older with a bad back.

Thanks for your input.
