I don't think you can compare fully loaded e9x to fully loaded f8x m3's.
There are now more...modular...options than their used to be. The CCB system is an all new component offering and can be bolted on/off later on easily. It's like saying an f30 335i was $65k because you optioned to get the most expensive wheels and tires from the factory and a dealer installed roof rack. The bottom line is the m3 will most likely be a ~$65k base with $15-20k in more standard style options. |

More than likely they'll be LED's so no back burning there. It's leaning F&F for sure but I'll admit that I like it. Hopefully they'll pulse with light when you unlock the car with your fob...that's so ballah...

We get cars significantly cheaper here in the states; it's not a direct currency conversion. I can see it maybe fully loaded pushing $90K. If it starts at $91K, hardly anyone would buy it.

We gotta cool out. If there are 35 k in options to make this a "luxury car" then its in the wrong market segment. And this isn't a luxury car, it makes me throw up in my mouth saying that LOL

This could grow into a veritable Image desaster for this M4.
I just googled "smokey burnout m4" and the majority of articles elaborate on this stupid feature, some even in the headline (Spiegel: "Rauchen erlaubt"). Some ///Marketing guru must have smoked a huge load of crack. |

Even if wasting rubber has nothing to do with performance and is usually typical for distinct sort of people: if it has to happen, at least one should possess the ability to do a smoky burnout, not having a car that lets him ask it to do one for him...

Looks and sounds like it'll be a wonderful car. And for the record, I think yellow looks great! The interior looks impressive too.
Now, tell me...twin mono-scroll turbos...please tell me this is more than an "uber tuned" N54/N55...

It is built on the same production line like the N54/55 at the Steyr engine plant. The S65 and the M3 engines of previous generations were built in a dedicated area in Munich, called "Sondermotorenbau" which means like "Bespoke engine production" |

And to the people complaining about the burnout feature being the first thing magazines right about. Are you guys serious? You do realize that the press hasn't had a chance to drive the car yet right? How are they supposed to talk about how the car drives? And there's plenty of specs all over the forum. Some of these posts are so ridiculous.
