Did you know this about 2018?

I was at the dealership today and noticed a 2018 ZCP without full leather but with stitching on the rubber dash! It looked really good. I wish my 2017 had that. Looks super cool! Is this stock on all 2018s? What are your thoughts ?

If I could get this done in the aftermarket I would. It looks really nice in person.

Sensatec dashboard with stitching standard on all LCI F32/F82 2018?s forward.

Note the stitched seams are located in different areas than vehicles equipped with full Merino dash.

A small upgrade but not quite the luxurious look of full Merino

Steel driveshaft and fake dashboard stitching: bye bye BMW forever, sky is falling, brand has lost its way, Audi makes way better interiors, etc etc etc

Edit: I think the cloth interior doesn’t have this posuer stitching so there’s that option for you guys.

Edit 2: lol first time you guys have complained about BMW including something for free

From the pics it looks nice to me but does the stitch color match throughout the interior?

Not as nice as full leather but better than not having it. Nobody is going to sit in a 2018 and think OMG that fake stiching looks so much worse than my car with just the cheap dash without the stitching... Is it worth paying for? maybe not. Does it improve the interior? I think so...

If i ordered my car i would opt for full leather for sure but I didn't. I did however get a free individual color/paint so i can't complain too much lol

Full leather is one of my favorite options.

It has a huge impact on the interior.

Biggest downside: a plastic interior now looks cheap whereas before it was just the norm.

Cloth interior, which my wife has on her 18, has this stitching

I did notice it on my 18 ZCP and thought it was cool and I never noticed it was included when the MY info was released. I've ordered both of my F80's and neither of them have had full leather since that's not all that important to me. It would have been nice if it was included but it wasn't and I'm okay with that. I spent the money on the things that mattered to me like Individual paint and the ZCP package. It's great to live in a world with options.
