Navigation Doesn't Work

on friday i left dinner and my iDrive kept restarting the entirety of my 5 minute drive. i didn't think anything of it really, was hoping it was trying to update the maps or something. anyway, car wasn't driven again until yesterday. now, i have no wifi, no car play, and if i press the "map" button it takes me to the main menu. anytime i try to access navigation or maps it doesn't do anything. when i try customize service or teleservice call, nothing happens.

anyone else have this happen before?

figured that. was hoping someone had the same issue already and figured out a way to bypass the dealer. appointment set for tomorrow morning. maybe i'll also get them to check on the tire rub on the 275/30/r20 ps4s in front that i seem to be the only f80 afflicted with.

car was at dealer for 36 hours, the claimed they had to open up a PUMA case and BMW N.A. remoted in to fix the issue. car was fine at dealer. i drove 25 minutes, parked and got hair cut, came out and it did it all over again.

note - when i picked it up it was clear they had done some serious resetting of software - nothing was set up correctly, i had to redo my profile, change m button settings, etc. steering response in sport plus was like pulling the truth out of donald trump's lawyers. the minute i restarted it, everything was back to super loose feeling and all squirrelly. i'm so fed up with this shit and bmw i could scream.
