You know, seeing that shot of the f80 hood and seeing how sharp the edge is on the hood bulge, I am actually wondering if it really is a vent.
Great shots.

These are nice shots.
Really looking forward to seeing the M3 in production-guise. If that hood bulge is really a cooling vent, the M3 will have iconic design, which I hope will carry over to the M4. |

...why LA for street testing when there's everywhere else?? Bewildering Also, the 6er's rear end is lined up nicely with an Accord in the first pic. Looks similar to me

Otherwise, it looks like the F80 M3 will carry on with it's aggressive haunches similar to the E90 M3. I can't wait to see it in full form sans camo. It looks like it's gonna be a hit.

A few months I saw the M5 and 3 series in protype at manhattan beach and to get my phone to take some pics, but they had taken off.

What will be the MSRP for the F80 M3?
The e90 M3's MSRP started at $56 I believe. Take note, it has a high revving intoxicating V8. This twin turbo better start at $56K as well or even lower since it's only an inline-6. It would be a joke if MSRP for the F80 M3 starts $60K.

Call me crazy, but the second pic looks like LED headlights, on a f30...
What is wrong with the taillights? f10 and f10 M5 have the same taillights, I'm guessing the same will be for the f30. I'm sure they'll go full LED at LCI. It is what it is, if the taillights keep you from buying a car, then maybe you would be better off looking at other brands...

Try NY/NJ our roads sucks 10 times more than California roads despite the state's economic condition. Weather is a major factor to the brutal roads here unlike sunny California.

They should really test the car here in Texas to see if the car can survive the pothole

the front of f80 looks to be different than f30 - thank god for that. I can't warm up to F32 horrendous front (F30Msport is livable but still wired). There is some hope for styling of 4dr m3.
