Rode in the M4 today at Barber Motorsports Park

At the BMW Heart of Dixie chapter High Performance Drivers Education event today, I got a ride in the new M4 from Mike Renner (instructor from the BMW Performance Center).

I have to say that the M4 looks even better in person and that the performance is incredible! Mike is an unbelievable driver and the M4 is a beast. The torque coming out of the corners and overall speed is so impressive. We were passing everything on the track with ease - a testament both to Mike's driving skill and the incredible performance of the new M4!

I'm hoping to get another ride tomorrow!

I didn't get a lap time,I was too busy hanging on. ;-)

Power seemed to come on strong up to at least 7k RPM's - Mike was shifting in that range.

You can delete that duplicate, you know. Edit/Delete

Here are a few pictures I got of the M4. I should have take one of the interior - it was black speed cloth - which looked really good!

Is there a public repository of this code? The Android app is even worse. How about access to all code? There are a lot of smart people in this community that would enjoy contributing.
