Misfiring cylinder #5

Hi, I have misfire on cylinder 5. Error code 0x140010 0x140501 0x140510 I would like to change the spark plug and the spark plug.

Does anyone know more about this code and which is cylinder 5?
From front or rear?

Any idea to resolve this problem?

Chris

FWIW cylinders are usually counted starting from the timing belt/chain.
