Just had my 10K service done. Car feels great!

After driving off the dealership lot I noticed the car felt much smoother and quicker after the 10K service. Makes me wish I did an interim oil change at 5K. It was such a difference BMW should consider doing these every 5K miles. Come 15K I will be doing another.

You sure they didn't do an I-STEP upgrade while in for service? I'd say there's a chance you had your ECUs updated as that sometimes happens without request. Should be on your paperwork, perhaps.

No software update on the dealership invoice. I am certain there was a difference in how the car felt. The revs climbed smoother and quicker. The naysayers can stick with their 10K oil changes, I for one won't be.
