Dont want the lip in frp... I want the oem lip because i need a stronger material in the winter to have peace of mind it wont break going over snow and possible ice. Thats why i dont want a carbon fiber lip either.

Why not just take the lip off for the winter if it's such a concern?

Lets not get carried away now lol...
but in all seriousness, ive had carbon lips before and just want it strong... dont want to bother with removing and adding it. Im going to take the plunge and try it as they told me it will work fine. Hopefully I wont regret it and if i do ill be out $211 not the $585 the oem costs and for some has started peeling and cracking.

I hear that. I'm waffling between the CNA splitters and lip vs stock. As long as it's adjustable through sanding and such, I don't see the problem. Post some close ups!

Has anyone managed to install the front lip from them? Seems like its missing some hardware. I was able to install the diffuser / splitters / spoiler without a problem.

Got the splitters with the oem lip on and it's just fine. Can't justify paying double for the oem one that's probably made in China also

All BMW CF products are made in Germany

Well, like I said before... There are stories of oem ones peeling. I had a bad experience already with an oem rear spoiler on my f30 I took in because it was peeling and was told that they wouldn't cover it under warranty because "it was most likely caused by bird poop you left on there too long"... I explained that wasn't the case to no avail. Had to buy another spoiler myself. So screw that lol

Incorrect. They USE to be made in Germany. All BMW performance carbon fiber products are now made in China.

Not sure how many CF M Performance parts are made in China. AFAIK most of those products are made in Czech Rep, Slovakia, Romania and Poland.

Got dem splitters installed last week and I'm happy with them. Had to do a little work to get them to fit but they fit perfectly. Very happy I spent only $250 instead of $600 for these. I'm the type that tries the utmost to only use legit parts but I really couldn't justify that price for these.
