ok, I have the proper bolts but I am unsure how the entire set up fits together. I realize this is probably silly to some but any tips would be greatly appreciated. I new to installing fire extinguishers.

On the back shelf between the drivers and passenger seat are four black caps, remove them. Next take the base and mount is using the four bolts, oriented so the top of the extinguisher faces the middle of the car. Next fit the straps to the extinguisher carrier, two of the three remaining boots will go through the straps, place the bracket with the fingers facing forward, secure with the three aforementioned bolts, clamp in the extinguisher and your ready for your first alarm.

For me I felt it was something I just needed to have, probably a Euro thing, looks cool and a nice thing to have just in case. Maybe I should go with, d. All of the above
