Garage List
2011 BMW M3  [0.00]
2018 M3
-Competition Pack
-Executive Pack
-Drivers Assistance
-Tanzanite on Cohiba
-Couple other bits

MSRP: $87480
Discount: $2500
Rebates: $2750
Residual: 60%
MF: ??
Tax: ~9%

$0 down
-3yr/12k: $1250
-3yr/10k: $1230

I feel like they're trying to pass a higher MF, because my own calculations with MF of 0.00152 get the payments about $100 less than theirs, but I could be calculating wrong too.

Typical terrible bay area deal, you're something like $3500 over invoice. But at that price I get $1100.88 with 9% tax a month for 10k. Even with a max MF of .00192 I get $1160.87 a month with 9% tax. I wouldn't return to that dealer.

I had heard that January had $4,000 in rebates and $750 in customer loyalty.

Yea, I was using leasehackr and the numbers weren't matching up, seemed off to me.

The dealer told me the $4000 rebate is if you purchase and finance through BMWFS, but the lease rebate is apparently $1000.

Guess the hunt continues, worst case I'll just have to order or settle for a different color combo.

I ended up with this deal.

Update:

$81,125 (Tazmanite, 6spd, Exce, Comp, Full leather...)
-5k off sticker msrp
-$2,000 holiday incentive
-$1500 loyalty BMW (previous e92 M owner)
MF 0.152
Residual $49,652

36k Lease/10k - I'll probably end up buying the car anyways.

= $72,625 + tax

I think I got a solid deal for this build since I have multiple peeps pinging me on how I got this offer.

So two offers different dealership offer one will make you laugh
Offer 1/ Dealer 1

MSRP $86,600
SALE PRICE $85,600
MF. $.00192
Residual 61%
$2,500 down 1,250 including tax

Offer 2/ Dealer 2

2017 M3
MSRP $81,650
Sale price $75,000
MF .00152
Residual 61%
0 down 1100 including tax

It seems Seattle/ Tacoma BMW dealerships are not discounting their cars at all. The only reason the 17 is at that price is because it’s a 17. I know I should be looking out of state but I have a trade with negative equity. Also those numbers does not include the negative. Any advice guys?

Just out of curiosity, what is the currently lowest APR everyone is getting? My current lowest quote is 2.74 @ or 2.84 @72m.I'm thinking of just changing my lease 0.152 MF to a Purchase now and don't wait till the end of the lease since I love this car so much and intend to keep it. The dealer is also waiving the inspection fee so does it make sense to do this now or wait till the end of lease 36months and Residual 49,6xx? The only reason I can think of just changing to a purchase now is to avoid the possibility that the car won't pass their inspecting 3 years down the line and the APR might go higher...

As I see it now MF 0.152 x 2400 = $3.65 APR
And I can get 2.84%/72 Months or 2.74/60m (Patelco Credit Union) + Waiving inspection to change from a Lease to Purchase.

Stay with lease? or just move to a loan/purchase since I play on buying it out in the long run...

Online M3 Lease Quote

Hi everyone, first time poster here. Not sure if I am allowed to post this picture of an online quote from a dealer. If not please let me know. I want to know if this is a good/fair deal. This was obviously with no negotiating but I do think this lease looks rather high, especially for the out of pocket amount. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'm thinking of going through a credit union to buy out the car. Also, is there any benefit to paying off the lease early? Sorry this is the first time leasing and I plan on buying the car early or before the end lease.

No benefit to paying it off early, that I can think of.

Only benefit I can think after doing some calculations is getting a lower 2.74% loan vs the 0.152 MF/3.64% APR?
