So if I'm understanding this correctly for MY2020 M4 November 2019, these are the right incentives?
$1750 leasing credit (3 years) $3500 financing credit (3.35% APR - 5 years) $1500 loyalty |

I found out that there is $6K flagship money on the CS's. Give it a couple months and the deals should be getting a lot better |

So I have a quick question about Gross Capitalized Cost.
The Negotiated price was 8%off before incentives which came out to be $80,159.60 on Paper it is $84,505.06. Does that number inlude fees that I didint put down. I am going true 0 down. The fees are: Tint at $389 shipping $2200 (M4 to me my gtr to them) up front fees of $1766.02 I totaled $84,514.8 I am a little rusty on leases. Has been a couple years. So do all those fees add up the Gross Capitalized Cost or should it be the negotiated price before any incentives? Thank you in advance for anyone that can chime in! |

Is that a 3 year lease? What dealer did you work with? I'm from Chicago as well, and getting ready to pull the trigger on an M4 lease as well. Another forum member helped me out a lot with a dealer contact, trying to get another option. Thanks , PM me with any info if you want. Appreciate any assistance |

If you use BMWFS there is $5250 for MY2019 and $3500 for MY2020.
