It's been 24 hours since M4 was picked up. Too late to cancel warranties?

I am unfortunately out of town for a few months and had another close family member pick up the car for me.

However, even though I told this person to NOT get any of the warranties for now, was unfortunately badgered in to purchasing it by the financing person.

Is it still possible to cancel all of them? Specifically the Extended Vehicle Protection and the Tire/Rim.

Thank you!

Check California laws. In Texas, I believe you have 72 hours to cancel such things on large purchases.

you can cancel warranty at anytime in CA,
ask for the # for the company and send it in writing, you should be able to cancel it

if you pay all cash upfront, it wont matter who the car is for. you can say it's for ronald mcdonald
as long as the car is registered in the right owner's name at DMV

But he couldn't have paid all cash up front or he would have known that he paid for the warranties.

if the car was paid upfront, how/why did the person picking up the car get charged for the warranties?
