What would you do if you had to valet your car?

Agree on blemishes being unavoidable anytime you park your car I just take as many precautions as possible without it being annoying or cumbersome

I think for me it's more not wanting to drive it in Manhattan. The garage experience is actually not that bad as I think about it.

I went to dinner Saturday night and there was a row of Lamborghinis, Ferarris, Porsches, McLarens, and six G65 out front. I had no problem letting them valet my F80. Unfortunately, none of the valets knew how to drive a manual so I had to self park lol.

Where I live valeting is part of life. So when this happens here's what I do...

Pull up to the valet stand.
Get out of the car.
Give the valet driver my key. Take the ticket.
Say thank you.
Walk inside.

It's just a car. It will be fine.

I was previously a valet attendant at a valet parking-only beach resort and although I was exceptionally careful with every car I cannot say the same about my associates. I would ask to park the car yourself or just take an Uber. I would be less worried about door dings or actual damage to the exterior of the car as valets are very skilled at the parking aspect. However, what I have seen is aggressive driving around the parking garage.
