Question about Corporate perks program

I am ready to start the process of ordering my M3. This will be my 1st BMW.

The company I work for has an employee auto buying program. It is power by Truecar. Of course the BMW dealship in Oklahoma City is not affiliated with the program so the next 2 nearest places are Tulsa and Dallas.

Their website hasn't updated to the 2016's yet but it gives me an idea of what I am looking at.

Here is my build on their website and the estimated savings they are showing me for a 2015.

Mineral Grey M3
Manual Transmission
Extended leather
Adaptive M suspension
Lighting package
Harmon kardon system
18" Wheels

MSRP is showing $68,270
Estimated price $65,160

Showing a savings of $3110

Will dealers honor this being that the M3 is not the normal car you can just buy on the lot and will be ordered?

I have been discussing an ED deal with BMW Tulsa. They will honor my USAA discount on top of the ED pricing. Now we haven't inked the deal as I want to do a May-June ED.

My USAA price with that build is $65,219 inclusive of all dealer fees but no tax for a US delivery and ED $60,417

US invoice = $63,833
ED invoice = $59,131

Technically, there is still some wiggle room to negotiate a little lower. Last months USAA price was $1,000 less at same dealership.

Did you ever get your car?

USAA discounts/incentives/rebates and their car buying program are not applicable to ED.

I have been talking with Tom at BMW of Tulsa as they are a certified dealer for my program. Sent my info to him day after Thanksgiving. Put my $1000 deposit down. My build is the same except I went with cloth seats.
