CPO Question - Cost to add 6th year of optional coverage?

Looking at CPO options out there... I figure if I can get up to 6 years coverage for a low mileage '16-'17 in the $58-60k range, it's not a bad deal. But the CPO program adds the 5th year and the 6th year is optional. Anyone here add the 6th year of coverage? If so, what was the cost?

Look into Geico's 7 year coverage of mechanical breakdowns when u are the first owner of the car

You can do it within a year of buying
