Pics from Cascade Loop Drive

Thought you guys might like these. Drove the 400 mile Cascade Loop leaving from Seattle, through Leavenworth, Winthrop and then back across through Mazama and Darrington and then home. Beautiful scenery, BC fires made everything a little hazy but it was still gorgeous.

Those tires really kick up rocks like nobody's business! Great trip though, every scratch tells a story.

Here are a couple of videos from the GoPro of the drive. Second one is better scenery and going through the tunnel in the bright sun is interesting:

Amazing! Although I wish you had an external mic in the engine bay - proper rendez vous type of vid.

Thanks for posting. Beautiful roads.

As you mention the tires picking up rocks, my trips on rural roads are part of what inspired me to build a wheel/tire set up with Michelin 4S tires and OEM M4 Wheels that IND painted Acid Orange. I enjoy the car much more now on the street, and back roads where rocks, pebbles and dirt are common.

Even though I have lots of clear bra on the car, there is a lot less peppering of the body work to worry about with a slightly less sticky rubber.

I need to drive up that way and navigate your roads.

Enjoy!
