Good 14x1.25 lug nuts?

BIMMERPOST

Looking for some good 14x1.25 lug buts. Yes, nuts, I've installed lug studs on my hubs, I don't need lug bolts.

Anyways, looking for something nice looking and decent durability to replace the ones I have, and 14x1.25 is an odd size to find.

What size are your studs? I assume, the stud conversion came with the nuts (unless your car is currently sitting on jack stands). I'm also going to assume that you want to change those nuts to another kind.

Shy of going custom, Motorsport Hardware makes an extended race nut in M14x1.25. It's tall so it'll stick out past the studs (unless you're using a 90mm stud). If you do go with these nuts, do NOT get the tuner nuts that are on *CLEARANCE. They are b-stock where the threads are bored crooked etc. It's tempting but just don't do the *CLEARANCE ones. Also, don't bother with the wheel locks either; they're so soft that they will shear off.

Hope this has helped.

Thanks; my studs are from Motorsport Hardware, as are the current lug nits. Looking to get new nuts, as the ones I have are getting worn on the outside and I was seeing what is out there. I was hoping there was more than just the Motorsport ones in 14x1.25

If you're just looking for regular nuts to replace (not a different style), there are quite a few options: Apex, Macht Schnell, Shift Tek to name a few.

Macht Schnell offers standard lug nuts if not looking for the flashy tuner-style nuts. We have them in stock.

I had the same issue, I called Ryan the owner of the company, stand up guy, refunded me and sent a new set of lug nuts.
