Hey guys,

I figured I'd post here since this forum has the most traffic out of all of the Northwest regional forums. So I have an F10 M5 and F15 X5 35d.

My SA at BMW Northwest moved out of state and no longer works there. He was the best I've ever had and always had a loaner ready for me whenever I brought my cars in and also gave me frequent updates daily on what was going on with the car during their services. Also hooked me up from time to time regarding mods and such.

Anyways, does anyone recommend any other SAs and/or BMW Centers to bring my cars to? I've searched all Northwest regional forums and all recommendations and everything seems to be outdated from previous years, I assume.

Thanks in advance.

My vote is for BMW Seattle, their service department is very good technically and with customer care. Bellevue isn't even close in my experience. I live on the east side but I've been gladly driving to Seattle for all my BMW needs for 15 years now. Other than Bellevue ( twice ) I haven't tried any other centers around here.

I do all my services at Bellevue, as it is close to where I work. They've always treated me well. Not saying they are "the best", just that they are good enough for me.

Never had an issue with my mods at Bellevue. Not saying it's different at other places but I have heard some stories about other dealers (in other states), "closing the hood" type practices (and telling people to uninstall stuff before they work on the car).

^This. Exactly this. I drive right by Bellevue to go to Seattle. +1 on Alex Long as a service advisor - especially if you want mods.

BMW Bellevue did a two-fer with me. They said I needed new rotors ("They're all cracked"), when they were not, and denied warranty coverage. They can pound sand.

I go to Alex Long at BMW Seattle.

A huge +1 for Alex Long in Seattle. He's great to work with and really knows M cars.
