Evolve Automotive: Evolve R Cable now available for Fxx Cars

Evolve-R
The Evolve-R is our latest revolutionary hardware release for Fxx cars, enabling customers to load our industry leading ECU software upgrade directly into their vehicles themselves, at home.

The Evolve-R is an OBD-II compatible device which connects to your vehicles OBD-II port and your laptop. via a supplied USB cable.

We call it revolutionary because no other tool can cover as many vehicle protocols. Our unit will cover most European models that we carry tunes for (new vehicles will be added weekly) (Diesels to follow)

In the pack you receive there will be the evolve-R OBD-II adaptor with USB cable. By email you will also receive a link to the instruction manual and software, also found below.

Installation

Installation is a breeze. Simply:

Install the Windows software downloaded from this link
Plug the Evolver into the OBD-II port of your vehicle, and the other side into your laptop
The software will read out your ECU data and create a file, which you email to Evolve to tune
We send you back the tuned file and you write this to your vehicle.
And your done. Your new ECU software is in your vehicle and a copy of both the original and upgraded version is stored on your laptop.

Go between stock and tuned file at your convenience.

Is a separate Evolve-R required for a specific vehicle i.e. not VIN locked. Are the additional tune maps available for the F80/82/83 such as a stage II?

Do you have a dyno graph for the F85/F86?

The Cable does vin lock but if you are buying tunes for two different cars we would provide a discount.

I do have a dynojet graph from one of my customers X5M which I will try and find but here is a VBOX of one with Catless DP and our Stage 2 ECU Tune on that car.

60-130 MPH

100-200 KPH

Both tuned numbers. We didn't have a chance to test this X5M in stock form.

How does this affect the throttle mapping in efficient and sport modes. I'm one of those weirdos that really appreciates rev matching and wishes it were available in sport+. Would the more aggressive throttle mapping make the sport throttle similar to the sport+ throttle?

With our control of the ECU, we do make adjustments to the throttle scaling.
In Sport Mode, the mapping would be a bit more responsive, while remaining very linear for smooth drivability.

These cars are very strong with our tune, so we do our best to scale things in such a way that power delivery is very usable.

BMW F80 M3 Stage 1 ECU Tune
More dyno results from another F80 M3 that we tuned. We can now flash all F80 M3s via OBDII with our Evolve Automotive EvolveR cable! Shoot us a PM for any inquiries.

Can you just clarify this statement - does your software allow the user to download a copy of their original oe tune to flash back when/if required?

Because afaik this isn't possible with the obd flash?

We provide you with a copy of your original software from the data you provide us. So we send you 2 files. One tuned and an original.

Tanzanite Blue M3 on our dyno for the Stage 1 ECU tune! We flashed this via OBDII. Got our client in and out in no time with some SERIOUS power gains.

CS tune and "upgrades"

Sorry for the thread revival Evolve Automotive, but I noticed a few things on the US website and had some questions:

Do you have dyno plots for the CS tune?
In the selection boxes on the websites, the option is given for "GTS upgrades"- do you offer the CS equivalents as well?

Thanks
